Additional Recommended Items

Sunglasses
It’s a good idea to bring a neck strap for your sunglasses.
Bandana or Buff-style neck gaiter
A bandana or neck gaiter worn around your neck can help protect your skin from the bright sun.
Windbreaker jacket
It can get a little windy out at sea, particularly during Dry Season in the Galapagos.
Warm sweater or fleece
Should the temperature drop a little, a sweater or fleece can keep you warm and comfortable.
Casual wear
Back aboard the ship, it’s nice to feel casually comfortable.

Please remember that flights to Galapagos restrict checked luggage to one (1) piece that does not exceed 50 lb (23 kg). Hand luggage cannot exceed 17 lb (8 kg).

Our Onboard Boutique

Each of our expedition vessels has its own onboard boutique shop where the above items marked with an asterisk (*) are available for purchase. Additionally, you can peruse artisanal handicrafts from the region, which make great souvenirs and neat gifts for your friends and family back home.
