I did a 4-night Northern Galapagos Islands aboard Yacht La Pinta, organized by Melissa Altamirano. The entire experience was unbelievable, truly a once-in-a-lifetime unforgettable trip. The service provided is 5-star, with complete attention to service and to making your experience unforgettable. The food was great. The crew was super knowledgeable and friendly. All the activities were punctual. We saw things we didn't think we would have the chance on a non-diving trip, like swimming with sharks, penguins, sea lions. We also learned a lot about the ecosystem! I highly recommend the place (Galapagos) and the tour company. Throughout the entire process, I was constantly in contact with Melissa, who helped with any needs we had.

Hello Maria. John and I had the most amazing vacation. You did a tremendous job and everything was so well organized and completely stress free. It really showed us the true Ecuador and made us fall in love with your country. Galapagos and Mashpi were also both incredible. What was even more incredible was the service we had everywhere. People we encountered were genuine and truly modest and very, very sweet. Thank you for all your hard work in making this vacation happen for us. You, above all, were the most amazing.

We haven't taken the trip yet -- I'll write another review afterward -- but planning the trip with Metrojourneys and Melissa Altamirano as our point-of-contact has been a breeze. We are a family of five and will go to the Galapagos over Christmas break, 2020. Melissa has provided expert guidance on what we need to do to travel to Ecuador in the age of Covid. More importantly, she has helped us put together a dream trip and helped us customize it exactly to our tastes. Thank you, Melissa!

David took care of every small detail (trip logistics, daily excursions, lodging, etc.). Everything went very smoothly. The Finch Bay Hotel was truly top notch, unlike anything we've seen before, and is truly something out of the ordinary and out of the way. The hotel has a gorgeous pool, delicious drinks menu and offers amazing daily yacht excursions. The guides are knowledgeable, formally trained and know how to make the best of your time there. A definite FIVE STAR resort!

We spent six nights aboard Yacht La Pinta. We really enjoyed the excellent service, expert guides, and the islands' natural beauty. Then, we spent three days in Quito at Casa Gangotena and four days at Mashpi Lodge. Every transfer, meal, and travel arrangement was worry-free and handled very professionally. Metrojourneys has outstanding drivers and guides. Melissa, our Destination Expert, was prompt and efficient with planning every detail and answering every question. I highly recommend the company and their tours.
