Day by Day
Day 1 - Arrival in Bogota

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Accommodation is provided at a 4-star hotel (Hotel Chico 97).
- 5-star accommodation upgrades are available (AC Hotel Bogotá Zona T or Sofitel Bogotá Victoria Regia) for an additional charge and subject to availability.
- The order of activities may vary due to operational considerations.
- Transfers allow one suitcase per person (up to 50 lbs or approximately 23 kg) and one carry-on bag.
- Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
- The Gold Museum is closed on Mondays, and the Botero Museum is closed on Tuesdays.
- Shorts and short skirts are not permitted when visiting churches.

Insurance
- We highly recommend that passengers get trip cancellation, travel repatriation, and international medical insurance to cover any inconveniences that may arise during the trip.
- We also urge them to check with their doctor to update vaccines and review medical concerns regarding international travel.
Air tickets
- Prices of air tickets are subject to change without previous notice until their final issuance.
- Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline companies up until the day of the flight.
- The airlines may place additional restrictions, limitations, penalties, and/or specific conditions.

Any reservation must include at least the following information about the passenger(s) or group:
- Complete names and surnames
- Nationalities
- Passport numbers
- Dates of Birth
- Gender
- Dietary restrictions, if any
Payment conditions
Full payment is required on behalf of Metropolitan Touring Colombia:
- 45 days before the date of arrival for FITs.
- 60 days before the date of arrival for Groups.
Notes: Airfares always require Payment in Advance.
Please note that depending on the service date, some hotels and suppliers may request an advance payment to guarantee the reservation. Once we have the confirmation from the selected suppliers and hotels, we will inform you if we must receive any deposit in advance.
Payment constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.

Notes: Our transfer fee includes transportation of one bag per person of up to 23kg (50 lbs.) plus one carry-on. If you plan to travel with additional luggage, please let us know in advance so we can assign a different vehicle capacity for the transfer. Please keep in mind that additional costs may be charged.
